1. Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items once the packaging seal has been opened or the product has been used.
We kindly request you to inspect your package immediately upon delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the tamper-proof seal is broken.
2. When Are Returns/Replacements Accepted?
We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following specific scenarios:
